We went out with our friends the Rubens to go camping out by Yasaka Dam this weekend. It was a beautiful day. We played in the water, cooked hotdogs, ate watermelon and had a great time during the day. It was a beautiful campsite and area but Peter called it, sleeping in a tent was not all it was cracked up to be. Cora only slept a couple of hours and then woke up miserable. After a while of trying to get her back to sleep we decided to head home. So Peter drove us home and then went back out to the campsite so he could pack up when the sun rose. Camping with a baby is much different than the camping I was used to. Cora was just not having it. But it was a great day trip. I’d go back in heartbeat!

Looks like a fun time. Yes, a fan is needed for a toddler to enjoy camping. You camped in comfort as a toddler and even as an older child. It's a great family adventure. I love naked Cora in the river....too cute!!!!
